What is DropYourStartup? +
A directory and marketplace to buy and sell startups, SaaS apps and digital businesses. Founders publish listings with their product, metrics and price, and buyers contact them directly.
How can I sell my SaaS or startup? +
Create a free account, publish your project's listing with its description, metrics (revenue, MRR, traffic, customers) and indicative price, and mark it as “for sale”. Interested buyers contact you from the listing itself.
How much does it cost to list? +
Publishing a listing is free. There are optional paid extras: bidding for a spot among the week's featured startups, the Pro plan and The Drop, to sell at a falling price.
Are revenue and traffic metrics verified? +
By default they are declared by the founder who publishes the listing. Listings with the “Verified MRR” badge show the MRR calculated from the active subscriptions in their Stripe account on the date shown. Before closing a purchase, ask for access to the real dashboards.
How do I contact the seller? +
Each listing includes a direct way to contact the founder. DropYourStartup puts the parties in touch but does not act as an intermediary in the negotiation or the transaction.
